Re: Grenade throwing bug

@GrumblyGoblin9 So this is in campaign. I cannot remember a huge animation. Do you mean the Lure is not thrown? Like not visible but enemy walks to it?

    The enemies are still distracted by the lure, and the lure is still thrown, but instead of there being an animation it just seemingly is thrown from my chest.

    So any ideas on how to fix it? When I get on later I can supply a video.

    @GrumblyGoblin9 No I don't think it has to do with settings as it's an animation. Like we also have the reload animation bug.
    Especially on a console not much you can break

    So how can I fix it? I don’t know how to contact EA support as every time that I’ve tried they claim that they have made a case but when I check “my cases” it says that I don’t have any cases.

    Update: The animation works on the shooting range but is still not working in war stories or basic training.

    Ok so it works in all multiplayer modes but none of the singleplayer modes.

    @GrumblyGoblin9 For EA support you can have a chat session if you like.
    You can contact them online by https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ . The advice is to wait for an agent to have a chat session. So you create the case online, and start a chat session with a support agent.

    Though I think it is a bug and not something with your system.

    Every time I choose “contact us” then “select issue” I choose “report bug” it appears that I have made a case but doesn’t let me write anything about the bug and when I check the “my cases” tab under “account” it says that I have made no cases.
