A reinstall worked for me, so apparently not the same issue as OP.
- Origin reinstalled and bfv also, still no work. Beginning to think to ask for a refund on my premier access as I bought it for BFV
if ido offline, this came out, i did use my EA account login, but it will keep ask me to do again everytime i click play on offline
