If you have been banned in Battlefield V you can try to appeal your ban by contacting EA ToS team: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/
Otherwise, you'll have to create a new EA/Origin Account and buy Battlefield v again, so that would be a fresh start.
