Yeah for now, use as DX11 as a workaround or don't use that gun if you are playing with DX12 on.
The issue is still being tracked but no luck resolving the issue at this time.

But using DX11 instead of 12 would cause a huge performance problem.
Thank you. I was crazy with this thing for a couple of weeks and didn't notice that it was M3 Infrared that was cauising it. Bye Infrared...

Still happening as described before. Game crashes on AMD with DX12 just as the scope animation is played in game.
I wonder if this will happen in BF6 ? Maybe I should wait and not purchase immediately. Maybe all AMD users should wait 🤔
How is this still an issue?! It's insane. Battlefield has the potential to be the best of the best, but this is the support we get. Valve should scoop this game up and give it the love it deserves.
Still the problem persistent! EA please tell the owners of the game YOU do not support the game any more. No one expects you to add content but at least BUG fixes. And yes we don't care for your upcoming crap 2042 or whatever - if its the same BUG-er no one will care.
I still have the same problem. Latest drivers 21.8.2 beta. Please fix it because it works much better on the AMD dx 12 platform. My hardware is 10700k and 6900 xt
Problem with scoping on this weapon didnt solved during a YEAR. Thats ridicilous!
- @Norb3rtqq They won't continue to support BF:V in terms of gameplay and bug fixing. So don't expect it anymore. I am playing it on DX12 but I am not using this weapon anymore.
