Re: Medic Proficency Assignment not present in the list

Thank you very much for finding the time for answering me.

my game isn’t in English but it seems that I have all the skins you listed so it seems that I completed those assignments.

I thought that I lost those assignments because I do not have unlocked skin like the Ade helmet or something names (somehow) Britain proudness (torso leg and head for Britain army).

i checked online (for Ade) and it says that to unlock it you need to complete the assignment you receive at level 20. I don’t have it (but at this point it seems it isn’t that).

do you have any suggestion on what I have to do to unclog those skins? Because it’s written “complete the assignment” but I have no assignment for that.

I think you may be referring to Hades (Germany Support) and Union Jacked (United Kingdom Recon). Assault, Support, and Recon Classes also have Proficiency and Mastery assignments. If you have completed your assignments, then you would have received the rewards below. 

Assault Proficiency (I,II,III): Legs - The Paladin (GER), Legs - The Highlander (UK), Torso - The Paladin (GER), Torso - The Highlander (UK)

Assault Mastery (I,II,III): Legs - Silver Dagger (GER), Legs - The Scottish Play (UK), Headgear - Silver Dagger (GER), Headgear - The Scottish Play (UK), Torso - Silver Dagger (GER), Torso - The Scottish Play (UK)

Support Proficiency (I,II,III): Legs - The Gravedigger (GER), Legs - The Weatherman (UK), Torso - The Gravedigger (GER), Torso - The Weatherman (UK)

Support Mastery (I,II,III): Legs - Hades (GER), Legs - Hazardous Conditions (UK), Headgear - Hades (GER), Headgear - Hazardous Conditions (UK), Torso - Hades (GER), Torso - Hazardous Conditions (UK)

As I was seeing the helmet in the medic I immediately supposed that to unlock it I had to do something with the medic (but it then seems is a support assignment).

Hey @mzambonelli  if you never received the level 20 assignments I recommend that you reach out to EA support, they should be able to help you out. 🙂

@EA_Atic I contacted them before coming here but unfortunately they wasn’t able to help (also because probably they don’t have access to achievements and stuff within games).

It though looks like that the skin I wanted to unlock, even though present in the medic skins, has to be unlocked with a different class so I’m working on that now 😁

Ahh I see, do you have a case number I can take a look at? @mzambonelli Support can help with assignments not unlocking, missing rewards etc.
