Hey @Pklemy. 

Thanks for the report on this. The Battlefield team is currently tracking an issue that is preventing planes from dealing damage to other aircraft in some cases. When you've got a chance I'd recommend checking out the Battlefield V Tracker for more details on issues that are currently under investigation.
