Re: need to find exact time and date product key was redeemed

Try going to Origin.com. Head over to your account and click on order history (in the "customer portal"). Set the filter to search for the approximate time you used the code and it should give a date on the left side I believe.

If that doesn't work, and you still can't find your CD key purchase date in your normal bank/credit records and don't have a video of you redeeming the code itself, I advise you to make contact with an EA Game Advisor for assistance; They should be able to find the info you are looking for.
