Are you all on a WiFi or wired connection with your Xbox? I'm concerned it could be some data being lost when transferring back and forth to the servers. If you unplug your modem/router for about 5 minutes to reboot your network does that fix it?

We're not seeing a huge influx of reports so this leads me to believe it's connectivity related with some data that's not making it to the console or corrupted update in which a reinstall would be a good option to consider.

    So a friend suggested going to the 'manage game' page for BFV and deleting the 'reserved space' under 'saved data' (pretty sure that's what it was).

    That fixed my problem. 100% fixed. Didn't need to download anything except the UI update where the bug occurred in the first place

    I have the same problem with the missing text. Not sure where or how to find the “manage game” option you suggested in your solution?
