I received it as well so it may not have been compensation. The CC may have been given out to everyone potentially.

Hey everyone,
The 10,000 Company coins was not related to the issue to this thread.
For the missing company coins, ranking up again in the game will reward you with any missing company coins.

I am having the same issue. I just started the game yesterday and have leveled up to 15 and have not received any company coins for leveling. I have only received coins for missions.
Please advise

I just started BF5 on pc after playing it on xbox. I too have noticed i am not getting any company coins when leveling up etc... This makes it very hard to upgrade my weapons.
Can this be looked into as i read on the forums other people got their company coins added.

i have the same problem, got the Definitive Edition after the Free Weekend
and hasnt received any cc I bought the definitive edition
- @youngmikro Thought that could be the case. When you pass rank 20 you will start earning CC, but until then you'll only be able to get it by doing the daily/weekly tasks and completing the different Combined Arms difficulties.
This bug seems to be due to the fact the Definitive version gives you items normally needing to be purchased with CC first. - @ElliotLH Ohhhhh that’s disappointing but at least I’m level 19 so almost there, thanks anyway for the help.
- @youngmikro Yes it's not great, at least you are almost there though. It's also fairly handy that you can still earn a bit of CC a few other ways in the meantime. I think the reward this week for the tasks is 2000 CC too.
- @EA_Atic I have the same issue and dont receive 500 company coins from leveling up. The Issue started at level 4 and im level 18 now. Please help me.

I am not getting company coins. It worked for one day and then it stopped.
Im on pc with the definitive edition of BF5.

I've been having the same problem too. It's been a couple of days since I bought the game and after leveling up to level 18 I still haven't received any of the promised company coins.
