I did, a week ago, sent my ticket, that's why I'm here asking, cuz nothing, no reply, no email, no response, no nothing with my ticket, so how am I supposed yo know what to do?

All I need to know is if it is still possible to play again with this PC and/or IP address, bcuz I am worry about HWID ban and/or IP ban. If it is a HWID ban (hardware ID) ban, and I try to buy another bfv copy using this computer, its an instant ban, so, naturally, I need to know, which I sent the tickets week ago, still no response! and now I'm here! and, Is it my English not clear enough or what? @WindowsManTv_CZE ?? why can not you understand my question?

EA, you can't be like this, this is not how to deal with your customers!

@FillMeUpDaddy666 Don't cheat in the first place? People like you ruin this game and then people like me get banned for doing nothing other than being better than a bunch of manchild crybabies
