Although I was "medic" at level 16, my weapons of level 10 and 13 were also disabled, in addition to my "combat medic" feature. Then I started to play "medic" completely for a while. The guns have improved and my problem is solved when i am in 17 lvl (Just in "medic" class). So in summary the best advice I can give you and what I observed is this: Whatever class you want to solve problems, just play that class in the matches and get it up a few levels.
