Re: Unable to use mouse or keyboard in BF5

I am in the exact situation to g00p.

I am running

• AMD HD 6950
• Logitech Mouse G703
• Logitech Keyboard G512
• Dual monitor

I have also tried using a different hard drive with a fresh windows install to launch the game, but unfortunately that hasn't helped.

Note on the fresh windows 10 disk I have;

• Not installed logitech gaming software
• Not installed discord
• Disabled Origin overlay

Having also already tried many of the steps G00p3k has listed I am somewhat upset that it seems to be problem that I cannot fix.

In terms of updates, I am running latest windows 10, manually updated logitech drivers to latest version and am running the latest version of the game.

Just to reiterate, when I launch the BF5,

• Mouse cursor can move on the game screen, cannot click initial 'ok' button though. Button doesn't highlight when I hover on it or try and click it.
• Clicking enter, spacebar, and escape on the keyboard does nothing. Can only alt tab.
• When I plug in my corded xbox one controler, the game switches into the controller 'mode' and I am able to access everthing and actually play the game.

This bug is quite upsetting as I much prefer playing fps games with keyboard and mouse, if i'd wanted to play with a controller i'd have happily brought the xbox version of the game.

I would like to get information on other peoples peripherals, I seems that a lot of logitech gear isn't working.

Maybe I will be able to test by using another keyboad and mouse. Because clearly it is not a drive or windows problem, not a discord or external program problem either.
