Re: Unlocking of some Battlefield V dogtags

Hi @NLBartmaN Since only EA Help can award missing items, you'll unfortunately need to keep trying with them. However, I just got the option to open an email case with these steps:

- Went to help.ea.com.
- Searched for "Battlefield V" and selected it.
- Selected the "I'm looking for something I earned" option.
- Selected the "Email Us" option beneath the article which came up.

If you open an email case, it will be handled by a person in EA Help. Moreover, other similar support options may give you a live chat, so you might want to play around with these incase that gives you another option.

Just to make you aware, though, in case you weren't already, it's not possible to change dog tags in this game (Dice never fixed that), so you won't be able to use them after they're awarded.

    Thank you for your reaction.

    I made a case again and this time I got an email, which I didn't get the first time.

    So I am one step further.

    I know I won't be able to use them, but I like to "complete" games (to keep it interesting) and only need to unlock a couple of dogtags more to have them all unlocked, so I want to have these unlocked too, so I have "completed" the game before the next Battlefield game is released.

    I responded to the email, so lets hope they will unlock those dogtags, shouldn't be that much work.

    An update:

    I had contact with an advisor on the chat, but that advisor was unable to unlock dogtags, said they can't do that, the server should automatically do that once you finish an assignment.

    Which clearly doesn't happen because the server does not get a command to do that from the game, it is called a bug.

    As far as I know they can ONLY unlock those dogtags manually, so or that advisor does not know everything or does no have the rights to do so.

    The advisor escalated my case, so hopefully someone that does know and has the rights will unlock them.

    It is a known bug, so it suprised me the advisor did not know about it or how to fix it.
