Re: [Xbox One] Game thinks I’m a trial player

Last week I spoke with EA and Xbox support, EA said it was Xbox issue, they should fix it. Xbox said EA knows about the problem and they set a deadline to fix this problem on the 16th of November and here we are, still not being able to play, hahahaha. Today I spoke with them again and EA support people seems not to have a clue about this issue, whatsoever. They just say "Go to Xbox, it's a problem with their downloaded games, bla bla bla" and Xbox says "Well, since it's only happening with BFV, seems to be a problem on EA's side". And so on.

It's quite frustraiting when they do this.

One of the EA guys I spoke to last week told me my account (the one without GPU) was set as a Trial User and that I didn't own the game at all, nor I was supposed to be able to download it. I sent him some pictures on how does it work on Xbox One when you use GPU from another user/account, took a picture of BFV installed and so on.

I can play any other game from the EA Play list, online or story mode, but BF V is the one giving us the problem.

This post goes back to 2019, where the bug started to appear and still no fix for this.

I was hoping the update that took place today was the one fixing the problem, but it was only a 3 Gb update to make the menu look different, xD

The same thing happened to me. It is sad to see that we are in the middle where if we go to one side we have to go to the other and vice versa. I also thought that today's update would solve something as there are several people subscribing to the GPU, consequently more people with more than one accoount suffering from this error, but nothing ...
