receiving a med bandage or ammo, it stops your gun from aiming and shooting

@IlIDeath Yes there is such a huge delay and looks like it's prevented to spam bandages so it just freezes al. While dropping bandages the animation freezes and shot is blocked for 2 seconds resulting in immediately dead.
