Reduced SLI Scaling in Battlefield V after Windows 10 Update 1903

After upgrading to Win 10 Version 1903 I realized that the SLI Scaling of my two RTX 2080s Ti was reduced significantly. Before the update both cards were scaling with about 95-97 percent; now none of them reaches more than 50 percent?

Does anyone have an idea what could be the clue here? I am using the SLI Profile for Battlefront II which worked out great. In other games such as Battlefront II or BF 1 or Ghost Recon Wildlands I did not see any issues.
