Refund policy - how to get a refund BF V

Hello,

I pre-ordered Battlefield V Deluxe edition, but as many have probably notice it is not adding up anything to the experience and now the game being out for not even a month, yet is on sale for less than the standard version original $60.

This says a lot about the game.

I am a fan of the BF series and played BF1 day and night and never had any issues even when buying premium pass and EA later launching the revolution edition.

I tried to get a refund for the deluxe edition to later buy the regular edition maybe(the game still needs work) and for now I feel nothing but disappointment from this game..

The Deluxe edition is just not worth it.

If anyone could help on this, even by telling me about the refund policy I why I may not be elegible for it.
