- Hello @SterlingARCH3R
This is new feature.. It was yesterday in Patch notes for Trial by Fire Update #2 .. I think that it is good feature that will help to stay alive after revive. 🙂

I can understand being able to revive if you were in a vehicle without a roof or something but getting caught while inside a tank should be insta death.
The dev team mentioned a few days ago that many people were giving feedback on this and decided to change things.

I think that it is very good step for tankers. I'm taking tank on Panzerstorm and there is panzerfaust everywhere. :D
You need to go back to resupply station and repair your tank, not always it will happend.. :D

The first sector of Panzerstorm is meant to fall fast if the 3 minute internal tests are anything to go by.
The problem with a lot of tankers is utilizing the new sniper meta, hanging back and taking pot shots - In order for your tank to survive long you need to equip better armor, not better ammunition, and have at least 1 repair monkey fixing you; if you don't have any of that I don't think you deserve a revive.
Now you can just rush an objective and hope one of your buddies bails out before it explodes so he can revive everyone, this can cauae major balance and taxi service issues if a new meta was created

To be revived when you leave a tank, why not, however being inside I find it weird, because i compares the tanks to coffin on tracks.
Yeah, I understand getting revived if you were on stationary weapons, but realistically, it's strange to get a revive while in the tank unless you're the top gunner.
In Firestorm squad mode, I died in a tank and wasn't able to be revived. Also, sometimes it says "Redeploying" instead of putting me in the bleed out state.
"Redeploying" happens if you were in the process of entering or exiting the vehicle when it was destroyed. It also is a thing for vehicles outside Firestorm and is designed to discourage bailing. Been there for a while now.
They've now allowed players to be revived after dying inside of a tank/vehicle. Here are the 30 April 2019 update notes:
