Summarize your bug Player reviving me died and i ended up unable to play due to being stuck in downed position without redeploy available.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Timing a revive right as bleed out occurs then die whilst reviving that player.
What happens when the bug occurs? I was revived almost exactly when my bleed out timer was up, the person reviving me died and i was then unable to be revived or redeploy i was stuck in the downed position which after about 50 seconds i slowly fell through the map where i free fell for 4 minutes until i finally gave up and quit out of the server.
What should be happening instead? not what did happen

Thanks for the information, this is a known issue from the beta, and it happened to me several times as well. 

So that what i did when it happened to me and it worked fine. 

I had to press the option button then hit redeploy as the game glitches when you get late revive and you will stuck in the spawn screen.

Summarize your bug Staying in the "downed" position and not able to re-deploy.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to get someone to pick you up and someone must kill them while they are in the process of doing so.
What happens when the bug occurs? When im being picked up by a medic and he is killed before completely reviving me, I was stuck in the "downed" position and couldn't die. I tried to redeploy but I could not bring up the menu to do so. Eventually, after about four minutes, our team came back to the point and someone picked me up.
What should be happening instead? I should die

This issue has only ever occurred once for me but still seems important enough to bring up. After being downed by the enemy team while contesting, a teammate attempted to revive me and was killed before picking me up. I was stuck in the downed position for about 4 minutes. Once my team came back for the point, a medic was able to pick me up. I had no timer for death, the enemy team walked right passed me and I could not redeploy at all. thankfully this has only happened once and i don't see it happening again but can still be an issue.

Summarize your bug I was being revived when the revive timer almost expired and team member reviving me was killed. I was then stuck in the revive screen indefinitely. I was unable to bleed out or call out for a revive. No graphic on the HUD. I was just lying on the ground watching the battle around me. I was unable to call out any squad orders. Was forced to quit out of game.

What happens when the bug occurs? stuck lying on the ground in a revive state
What should be happening instead? i should bleed out or be revived.

Summarize your bug I was being revived when the medic reviving me got killed. After he died I tried to fast kill myself to respawn, but I was not able to fast kill myself. After about 4 minutes of waiting to die another medic came to me and was able to revive me even though I should have been dead.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not 100% sure how this happened. It was completely random. 1. Have someone from enemy team kill you 2. A medic on your team tries to revive you 3. While the medic is reviving you, someone from the enemy team kills the medic (not sure if the enemy is the same or not from step 1) 4. You should be in a bugged state
What happens when the bug occurs? Able to call for someone (Not sure if it works the way it is intended) Not able to fast kill yourself (Stay alive forever in the dead form lying on the ground)
What should be happening instead? I should be able to fast kill myself or call for another medic. There should also be a time for how long I stay alive.

- The video was started about 20 seconds after the medic tried to revive me. About 1-2 minutes after the video ends, the second medic came and revived me.

- Also in the video, you can see that there is no bar in the bottom middle that shows how long I have till I respawn. I also tried calling for someone and fast killing myself, but the only thing that shows is what the character does when you call the two function.

- This never happened in the open Beta. It only happened in the third game of domination that I played after updating the game.

I've had this twice, it looks like i'm still waiting to be medded and once my character fell through/under map, but still i could look round and reach out for a mec.

Summarize your bug After getting shot and waiting for a doctor, while I was getting revived (right at the end of the time available) the doctor who was reviving me got killed and I was left in a bugged state where the revive UI disappeared but I was still in the "waiting to get revived" state infinitely.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I will attach a video recording of the bug, so you can try to repeat it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Since I couldn't redeploy, I was forced to leave the server and get back to main menu.
What should be happening instead? I think my character should just die instead, if the doctor wasn't able to revive me in time because he got killed.

I can confirm experiencing that bug. Failed to get the recording though, because Shadowplay. For me it happened on Conquest, Devastation. Interestingly, I learned that I was being displayed as downed player while in "overtime" downed state and I actually got revived after a couple of minutes of being in it.

As far as reproduction steps go, based on this video and my experience, I believe that following conditions have to be met in order to reproduce the bug:

1) Your bleeding out circle has to end during revive animation

2) The reviving player has to be a Medic

3) Reviving Medic has to be killed after the circle runs out.

I couldn't verify whether stage of revive animation during which the kill on Medic happened matters. In both of our cases Medic got killed at very end of animation, but it might be a coincidence.
