Reviving & Gun Swap
Surely the Gun swap should be only be available after your team mate has bled out, on a few occasions I have gone to revive someone in the heat of battle, only to swap to the weapon he was armed with...

I haven't yet experienced this yet BUT this does happen with other instances such as: Opening / closing doors, being on uneven ground or slightly higher up, and near ammo or medic boxes. My best advice is to smoke depending on if in battle and move around your teammate until the E pops up and is bigger on your screen, this insures that you'll actually revive him instead of picking up his weapon.
