Summarize your bug When you are reloading ammunition and partway through you self-heal, you will heal while the animation continues without actually reloading your gun. You must wait for the animation to complete before trying to reload again, which delays your reload even further. Many players will find this frustrating as they would have thought they reloaded their gun, as they can see their character reloading.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Take damage. Shoot your gun, reload, and partway through self heal.
What happens when the bug occurs? Your gun will not reload while your character shows a reload animation. You must wait for the animation to complete in order to perform another reload to actually have your gun reloaded.
What should be happening instead? Self healing should simply cancel the reload animation and you should be able to reload immediately self-healing.
