Server-wide bug (no vehicle sounds, no ping, no spawn animation, no killcam ID)

@Tom_of_Power I had this happen once or twice, but didn´t really think about it, because it happened just before the round was over anyways. It didn´t happen for me in the last couple of weeks, but if it occurs again, I will give it more attation, so we might be able to find the reason for this to happen.

Basically It happens quite often (every 5-6 games or so).

All of a sudden (can't figure out what causes it) but the UI in game disappears. When somebody kills me there is no UI, it doesn't show me the player who killed me, his name, nothing, just sorta the camera hovers over my dead body. I cannot use the Q (spot) function. Really frustrating.
