Server-wide bug (no vehicle sounds, no ping, no spawn animation, no killcam ID)

The server usually dies at end of the round and all are kicked when this bug occurs.

@WebsterHelios I can't confirm that. On all instances this bug happened to me, a new round started as usual and everything was back to normal.
