Settings wont save

I Have been playing BFV for a little time now, but everytime i quit the game, the settings i changed in gameplay are reset to default. My friend also has this problem, it is quite annoying.

I have already tried a few things, such as: Running as administrator and changing my norwegian name to all default letters. Nothing has changed at all.

    Make sure when you're leaving your settings to apply them it will usually ask you but most people don't read them and exit it anyways and if that still doesn't work change your settings at the main menu by going to profile and then options I believe that it automatically applies your settings.
