April 2020 and this is still buggy. Watching the final scene of Nordlys for the 3rd time now, can’t progress the story. Buggy, frustrating.

Try walking across the top of the bridge. Same thing as you described happened to me yesterday. I ended up restarting from a checkpoint after I tried going under the bridge and getting that blue dot on my compass. The cutscene begins just as you start walking across the top of the bridge.
