Smoke grenade + revive = holding the grenade afterwards

Summarize your bug If you play medic and press the button to throw a smoke grenade, quickly followed by pressing the button to revive a team mate, the smoke will cancel (seems normal) but after you finished reviving your character will hold the smoke grenade in it's hand and you're able to throw it by using mouse button 1. In general, using any button followed by quickly reviving a team mate seems to produce weird bugs. For example I think reloading + reviving can lead to your medic syringe looking like your gun.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Press one button (e.g smoke grenade button) immediately followed by revive button.
What happens when the bug occurs? After the revive is complete, your character is holding the smoke grenade and it's usable.
What should be happening instead? I don't know, but it doesn't seem intentional, since it's the only way to hold a smoke grenade in your hand.
