This is less a bug and more a poor menu design. If you open the option menu then back out using cancel/O button which lowers the social menu, it will jump up again if you attempt to fire.
To avoid it, just select resume with the X button. It has been like that since day 1.
@Argento28 @zanshinjitsu @SOF_sandman2710 @someguy12121 @Badassbungle - Confirming that this is still an issue after May 23 update. Possibly worsened as I hadn't had it happen in a while but then had it multiple times today.
i still get it. ive noticed if i see the squad icons in the bottom right of the screen my first R2 fire will bring that screen up. so i pause go into controls then back out then unpause and carry on. had some crazy deaths also, spawned and there was enemy right behind me with a shotgun boom 1 shot after 1 second dead like he knew the spawn point? also behind cover shot dead + sometimes didnt even show who shot me? bit annoying as i saw no one.
Not only is the bug still present today, it even works if after playing a game and using the squad menu you train in the shooting range. Matches without audio, audio that remains in the loop, drop in frames, textures that do not load or of poor quality, tanks that make black smoke, and so on and so forth. This game is getting worse with every patch, great job.
