Thanks, but this didn't work for me (on pc). Maybe the OP has more luck. For me, the challenges did reset, but the letters didn't. In game, it showed that I already had collected them all, so I could not collect the problem letter again. So my guess is the proposed workaround works only for a bug in the challenges, but not for one with letters.
Ive got the exact same problem, its its the 4th letter of the 1st act that im im missing. I just spend like 4 hours to do all the challenges etc just to get that knife, but now that bug just destroys it. This is really damn frustrating. Is there any working solution by now?
I contacted EA support a few times, very friendly support. They unlocked my rewards for me.
Oh, that's great! Maybe I'll give them a call.
