Some Feedback on “Server Bombing” Actions

Dear Game Developers,

On behalf of our player community, I am writing to express our concerns and requests regarding the protection of game servers and updates against cheats.

Firstly, we are extremely grateful for the creation of this game that we love. However, we have recently noticed that the issue of cheats in the game is becoming increasingly serious, severely affecting our gaming experience. We understand that preventing the appearance and use of cheats is an extremely complex and difficult task, but we believe that through continuous efforts and updates, this problem can be effectively reduced.

Secondly, we have also noticed the stability issues of the servers. After the formation of an organization called BFban by the players, there was a relatively peaceful gaming environment among the players. But cheaters have found the loopholes in the game and directly bombed the servers where the players play through the loopholes. Malicious individuals are exploiting game vulnerabilities to carry out so-called “server bombing” actions, causing server crashes and affecting the gaming experience of all players. We strongly suggest that you strengthen the protection measures of the servers, repair possible vulnerabilities, to prevent such actions from happening.

We are well aware that developing and maintaining a game is a daunting task that requires a lot of time and effort. However, we believe that only by providing a fair and stable gaming environment can attract and retain players, allowing the game to continue to develop. We look forward to your attention and resolution of these issues, and we are willing to provide any possible help and support.
