SOUND ISSUES/LAST UI UPDATE/NO SOUND OR CRACKLE

Sound Issues. Sound will pop in and out randomly, going fuzzy and high pitched. It goes between normal and this state. Have tried drivers, repairing the game in admin, disabling devices. It seems to have happened after the latest UI update.

Really don't know what to do at this point, audio is fine in every other game/program.

I have simular issue. I tried to record it but sound only recorded chat and not the game....
