Specialization Selection Doesn't Actually Apply Until You Leave Server

Product: Battlefield V
Platform:PC
Please specify your platform model. PC
AMD or Nvidia Model Number 1080 Ti
Enter RAM memory size in GB 16
Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Multiplayer

Please select your region North America
On which server did this happen?
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm)
Summarize your bug If you are unlocking a weapon's first 4 levels for its specializations upgrades, and you did it on the same server over continuous matches, you'll be able to go to upgrade the specializations at the next match. However, those specializations do not get applied until you leave the server. For instance, if you use the Model 8 at level 0, and you unlock it all in one match so that it's now level 4, the very next match you'll be prompted to upgrade all of 4 of the specializations. However, you'll notice that the specializations don't get applied at all until you leave the server. The Quick Reload upgrade is the most readily apparent tell to see if the specializations get upgraded.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In match 1, use a level 0-3 gun that needs upgrading. Get enough points to upgrade said gun (let's say a Model 8 at level 0 all the way to level 4). Don't leave the server. Play another match. This very next match on the same server, you'll be prompted to upgrade your specializations. Choose the specializations (make sure one of them is the Quick Reload specialization). Spawn in and test out the weapon to see if the specialization got applied.
What happens when the bug occurs? When you shoot the gun with the Quick Reload upgrade, it will not reload using one clip, but continue to reload individually (when using the Model 8; other weapons apply).
What should be happening instead? The specialization upgrades should apply to the weapon without you having to leave the server.

All weapons behave like this I believe. I obviously didn't test them all but I think that is the case based on the few that I've witnessed. @EA_Blueberry

I've had issues with the specialisations as well. Was level 3 weapon with 3 out of 4 specialisations equipped. Ranked up gun to level 4 and couldn't equip the next specialisation until I left the game.
