Squad Leader reinforcement voicelines radio filter not working

Summarize your bug Squad leader call-in voice lines sound like they're coming from your character, regardless of whether you're the squad leader or not. The responding voice has the radio filter correctly applied, but the request doesn't. This happens on all computers I've tested it on.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Be a squad member (not squad leader), have the squad leader call in something that has a voice line associated with it (like the AT halftracks, Croc/Sturmtiger, or V2/JB-2).
What happens when the bug occurs? The voice line where the squad leader says "we need a crocodile" or "requesting a JB-2 airstrike" will sound like its coming from your character, even though you aren't the squad leader.
What should be happening instead? There should be a radio filter applied over the squad leaders voice, if you aren't the squad leader.

This happens on all PC setups I've seen. Not sure if this issue applies to consoles or not.
