Bumping this because I have a similar problem - I've completed all the Sten Proficiency and Mastery assignments so I should have all the mint and golden cosmetics. However, I've only got the golden cosmetic for the receiver/magazine, and I've only got the mint cosmetic for 4/7 of the parts.
Are there any proposed solutions for this?
EDIT: Nevermind, didn't realise I had to claim them through the armory for them to be available...
