An update, I spoke with Claus on twitter (@EAHelp), it looks like we're not actually getting the end of round so it's leaving us in limbo. It's on the known issues list in the server section for PC.
Status: Currently investigating.

I am sometimes getting the EoR but then styill get the infinite loading screen.
What do you mean outside region? im New Zealand and i play Oceania..
In the Platform specific bugs, PC section under the Server header is the one I was referring to where "The user remains stuck in the Pre Round Screen after EoR". I imagine this hits more of us than joining servers outside of our region.
I tried clean boot with a game repair and it didn't resolve this.
I tried launching from Nvidia Experience and for the 1st time got to play 2 Conquest matches in a row! Then it stuck on the finished map and wouldn't continue to next one.
I've been trying suggestions from EA Help for a week now since Origin Premier Access launch on the 9th. It seems to me that we players have done our part in troubleshooting and the issue is not generally our hardware or loaded software unless Windows itself is the problem.
I think I've worn out my Alt + TAB buttons and am very tired of starting fresh after every game.
Ea games is ignoring all 70 messages that we have on this post. This is a major issue and we all collaborated with all the troubleshooting available from our part. Why they Don't accepted that they sell us a

I always join usa servers so how is that outside my region
I get the same issue as you guys.
At end of round it as it tries to display the Progression/statistics etc screen it fades off to black and just displays your Squad icons in the bottom right and the Loading icon going round and round ad infinitum.
Have to CTRL-ALT-DEL out to end task and reboot in.
This wasn't happening during the early access week before the main release. It started happening occasionally then it just got worse and happens after match I play now.

I had enough of the constant freezes, disconnects and hangs and had them refund the game.
If they fix the netcode (which you'd think wouldnt be a problem after ALL THESE YEARS) I might repurchase the game. Too goddamm aggravating now
experiencing same issues very frequently during operations between days. located in europe, playing on EU servers, ping 15-40. didnt experience this in the alpha and beta.
to all urging for some prompt fixes: its already been officially acknowledged as a known issue, ie. it is being worked on. its sunday in sweden, so wait until monday evening CET for certain replies here.
67 post for this issue. And EA games ? With simple troubleshootings .Where is the patch. Where is the solution. Why selling broken games?? Where is our refund at least? Just .a sorry for all inconvenience?
I had pulled the trigger on a year of Origin Premier, which is non-refundable. Lesson learned I suppose.
I really do not think it has to do with joining a server outside of my region. I always play low-ping ( < 70 ms) US servers with my friends who live in the same small-ish town and they never have this issue. Maybe I am experiencing the EoR issue, but I don't think in my case it is connected to server region. If it was, wouldn't it also affect my 3 other friends? That makes it sound like either an issue with my hardware/drivers or my installation of BFV....
Tunatron you should be able to get a refund on a purchase, since it is now based on a defective product. Contact EA in chat and make your request.
(You might still need to pay the 1 month of premier that let us in game early)
I ONLY HAVE ONE MONITOR AND STILL DOES THIS SO THAT IS NOT THE PROBLEM. I DID GET 4 ROUNDS IN A ROW TODAY ON ONE OF THE SERVERS THEN IT BEGAN AGAIN WITH NO END IN SIGHT
What about people with just one monitor and same problems?
Why is unplugging a monitor and still seeing freezing considered a solution to this problem?
Was able to play 8 consecutive infantry maps last night, so looks like the hang problem (for me) is primarily with the conquest & multiday maps/missions.
It probably solved it for the topic creator. Sadly its not an option for me to try.
Same issue here. Been like it since Origin Access Premium early access thingy. I booked the day off work tomorrow to play this all day... what a waste of time that turned out to be.
