stuck on server loading screen when changing maps (double loading spinner)

That is currently listed in the known issues list for your own reference.

• The player doesn't get any EoR between rounds when the player joins a server outside of region
• When the round ends, the best squad screen shows up but it is never followed by an EoR leaving the player in a black loading screen.
• Status: Currently investigating.

We understand this can be terribly frustrating to deal with and want to assure you the team is working to address this as quickly as possible. Thanks for hanging in there and we'll update everyone as soon as we can.
