I no longer have freezes. My ISP sorted a slow net problem i was having and now my game runs fine with no infinite loading and no symbols in top right of game while playing.
I suggest you turn off all background systems using the net and see if it helps. I couldn't find anything else i had changed to fix it.
FYI i also always had low ping during and after issue.

I dont think it is a internet issue.. i have tested connection no packet lost ... I have very low ping. If that is the case EA games should fix the game , like a feedback message reporting low ping or network connection message . A lot of people is having this issue in computers and ps4 . It is a incomplete useless game

    Yesterday I played almost all day with only a few times that I had to leave game between every match. and I thought to myself wow they fixed it. today its every match game is unplayable. Fix your game.
