So I solved my issue with this...I had Origin Overlay on and once I turned it off my issues basically went away. I've been caught with the double loader once when trying to quit a game, but have had no issues loading into the next game after one finishes. Hope this helps people, for those on console sorry this doesn't help you at all, strictly PC. On a side note, I've seen a handful of people had their issues fixed when they turned off their second/third monitors (or not using them and leaving them at the desktop). I didn't have to do this, I can still use mine but it's worth a shot if the overlay doesn't fix your issue. Hope this works for everyone! Cheers!
Doesn't work to disable Origin Overlay... and nothing of the other mentioned things too.
