Stuttering after january update

Summarize your bug I played battlefield V very well at 1080p with medium settings until january. After january update I have some fps drops and some situations of stuttering in multiplayer, it is more evident in Rotterdam map.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It's evident !
What happens when the bug occurs? There is stuttering
What should be happening instead? I want a stable game with 30 to 60 fps(also 45 is ok !)

I have:
GTX 1050TI and i57500
RAM 8GB
I play with origin access premier copy of EA Games.

All drivers are updated

I played battlefield V very well at 1080p with medium settings until january.
After january update I have some fps drops and some situations of stuttering in multiplayer,
it is more evident in Rotterdam map.
I play all others game very well(ANTHEM Demo medium settings 1080p 30 fps,fifa 19 ultra settings 60fps at 1080p).
In the open beta battlefield V was very good without any problem and also in singleplayer I have NO stuttering.
I've also noticed that  after update CPU USAGE is always 100% but in November it was stable at 70-90%.
Why?
How to resolve it?

    Same here on PS4 Pro. Was on Twisted Steel and FPS dropped to about 0.5 frames per second (1 frame every 2 seconds). Lasted for about 10-15 seconds.

    Same issue on PS4 pro. Playing on panzerstorm went to ads and the screen just started freezing and going in super slow motion for about 20 seconds I couldn’t do anything but end up dying. Never seen this in battlefield games before. This started after the last update. I’ve seen it at least 5 times now.  Needs to be fixed ASAP or everyone is going to quit this game.

    I play on PS4 pro, the game was smooth until last afternoon on Arras breakthrough. It was unplayable for 3-4min, then it turned back to normal and I didn't had that bug again for the rest of the afternoon.

    It's a "known bug" but hopefully it's fixed soon. Seems this game is getting more bugs and not less as the development progresses........

    I am still battling this issue as of Feb. 4th on a PS4 slim in the USA.

    I had 3 instances this morning alone. Once on Twisted Steel and twice on Hamada

    Today I've not been able to play a decent game without lag and jump and freezes. It's a nightmare. All other multi player games are working fine so it's not my connection. All been getting dropped from games and losing connection with servers.HAAAAA

    It's a RAM problem.After update it really need Dual channel memory for 1080p.I added 8gb ram module and now I have 2x8gb and the stuttering is completely fixed !.Now I have 60fps at high setting,before I had only 35 with severe stuttering
