Re: [FIXED] BFV In-Game Progression Not Tracking Since Nov. 31, '26

Dear EA Support, 

I am reporting a widespread server bug in Battlefield V. Currently, players cannot gain any weapon XP after matches, which completely blocks weapon talent upgrading and normal game progression.

In addition, all community robot match data and the official in-game match statistics no longer update. This error is not an individual issue. More than 1600 players in Chinese game communities have encountered the same problem, causing extensive complaints among BFV players.

I have tried restarting the game and verifying game files, but the problem still exists. This persistent bug seriously ruins the gaming experience and may lead to massive player loss.

Please check and fix this server-side fault as soon as possible to restore normal XP acquisition and data synchronization.
