Tactical Conquest servers are not spinning up in North America.

For the last couple of weeks, tactical servers are not spinning up in North America.  I can start a tactical server community game but can't get a normal DICE server to start.  When going into PLAY>M...

Yup, same in South America. 

All servers for a month, the only populated ones is Strategic.

Please Dice fix.
