Tactical Conquest servers are not spinning up in North America.

For the last couple of weeks, tactical servers are not spinning up in North America.  I can start a tactical server community game but can't get a normal DICE server to start.  When going into PLAY>M...

Well, looks like someone finally fixed something.  As of today, 2 months after my initial post, I finally see 4 fully populated [DICE] tactical conquest servers in North America along with a fully populated [Miku] tactical conquest server.  Let's hope this stays fixed.
