Tactical Conquest servers are not spinning up in North America.

For the last couple of weeks, tactical servers are not spinning up in North America.  I can start a tactical server community game but can't get a normal DICE server to start.  When going into PLAY>M...

I'm not convinced it's fixed yet. Just yesterday matchmaking for Tactical Conquest placed me on a 24/7 Devastation Community Game twice in a row, even though at the time there was half a dozen of local DICE servers with open slots.
