Team balance, easy fix
I have been saying this for a while now. I think the game has excellent weapon balance, vehicles are ok (tanks and AA a bit OP) but the main issue is still TEAM balance. We all know what I'm talking...

Hey mates!
I have experienced bad balancing again - it didn't get better. We fought outnumbered the whole time!
I bet, this is related to the "static, inflexible 4-Player-Squads method".
Please fix it and/or avoid a technique like this in future online multiplayer games.

Yeah, this has been bothering me too, but EA knows that a lot of the players like to play together and stay on the same team as their friends. Because of this, it makes it difficult to create some sort of team balancing method that keeps every player happy. I hope this answer was helpful!

@Das_KinderLumperI even get stuck in a static 4-squad with some random guys (not my friends) before the match starts. I don't need to be in a squad from the beginning on. I really prefer the classical method where I could choose the squad manually.
A 'try to stick friends together' would be better than this current static-forcing method. In my case the problem with the heavily unbalancing is more annoying than not playing with friends.
- @Michaelp800 I wouldn't say this is 100% the games fault. As the game tries to auto-balance, people will leave during the loading screen, at the beginning or right at the end of the last match and this will throw the numbers off. There's also people who decide to switch sides at the beginning which will skew the numbers too
The matching system is one of the biggest issues since release. Not only it forgets to add people to one side and you end up games like 8 vs 14 but rank selection is completely random which leads to very unbalanced matches.

It don't need to be auto balance, but just a more flexible assignment at the matches start.- @Michaelp800 I completely get where you're coming from, I'm merely suggesting that perhaps in the image above, the match was initially balance and then right before you loaded in, half of the other team left after the balance was made, which makes it look skewed. I don't know how many players were on the game before but there's not a full game there and so its possible 1/3 left causing the imbalance.
The question I guess would be if say you were doing really well on the inning team, how would you feel if the game auto-switched you to the other side with no way of getting back. Chances are if you were on a kill streak you'd feel pretty jaded. The reality is that would happen if you implemented auto balance in an active game and not pregame
