The Last Tiger AA Gun Challenge

Product: Battlefield V
Platform:PC
Please specify your platform model. PC
AMD or Nvidia Model Number GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
Enter RAM memory size in GB 8GB
Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Single Player War Story
Which part of the mode? The Last Tiger
Please select your region North America
On which server did this happen?
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 05/12/18
Summarize your bug unable to complete challenge "Reach the AA gun on foot without alerting any enemies"
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? the challenge isn't marked as completed in-game or at the home screen
What should be happening instead? the challenge should be completed

I've tried a multitude of different ways to remedy this, I've restarted from checkpoint, restarted the mission, restarted the game, tried killing everybody, tried killing nobody, etc., but nothing worked. After many attempts, I recorded my experience from getting out of the tank to when the challenge should be completed, video linked here.

    Hey everyone, 

    Try theses workaround, we have seen player reporting that this have been working.

    For PC you can try this: 

    1. Documents->Battlefield V->settings - Move all files out to desktop,
    2. Disable Cloud Saves and start game,
    3. Do the mission,
    4. Close game and put files back.

    For PS4 you can try this: 

    1. Export the game save files to an USB drive.
    2. Delete the game save files in the console.
    3. Start the game. You'll have to adjust contrast and play again the intro.
    4. Now, play the War Story and complete the bugged challenge. It will show correctly achieved.
    5. Close the game, and restore the game save files from the USB to the console.
    6. Start the game, and you'll have your reward at the armory.

    For Xbox it would similar:

    1. Remove Local and cloud saves for Battlefield 5 (This wont remove multi player data)
    2. Start the game. You'll have to adjust contrast and play again the intro.
    3. Now, play the War Story and complete the bugged challenge. It will show correctly achieved.
    4. Close the game.
    5. Start the game, and you'll have your reward at the armoury.

    I've completed all the challenges and found all 6 letters but the tracker for the letters isn't updating so I cant get the tiger skin

    Same with me on xbox ive done the same part of the mission about 20+ times now thinking ive done something wrong but ik i havnt. Its the last challenge i need for the skin

    LOL. Maybe you could just make it work properly so we don't have to rebuild our entire system. I think I'll wait for a proper patch.

    EA, this doesn't make any sense, first you are releasing a game full of bugs. When you are able to release the december patch it's delayed because of  a bug.. oh ofcourse. Then when it arrives the Last Tiger Mission is still full of bugs and players can't achieve the Tank skin that they are playing your game for! Why don't you get your * together and fix this properly instead asking players to fix it on their own.... Wtf

    Tried to do it on PS4 and it still didn’t work.
