Thank you for playing War Story. I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Tiger Tank skin. This is a known issue. There is a workaround. Battlefield V known issues and bugs. I have included a link to the Battlefield V QoL Tracker for this issue. Tiger Tank skins have been locked again. It says it has been fixed. Remember with your Xbox you can always “reboot it completely and fix many common issues”. This includes to "Physically power cycle the console” or “Disconnect and reconnect your console’s power cable” to reset the power supply. How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console.
