@Billy47_Exeter It's not a bug; the shortcut-packs work by skipping an x ammount of levels, not by granting an x ammount of xp.
So you still need to gain the full xp in order to get the dogtag, eventhough you might be lvl 40.
@zenn_nme I'm sure that I could not get any chapter XP after game, the short-cut package would not help someone increase the level, which means when you get the Lv.34, you could unlock all the chapter's rewards. You can see I am in Lv.40, which means I spend much time in the game after unlock all the rewards to get all relative dog tags. One more thing, every chapter I must buy the short-cut package, but this thing I first met, so this is must be a bug.
