The specialization on the M1919A6, "Flashless Propellant" is bugged.

Summarize your bug The specialization on the M1919A6, "Flashless Propellant" is bugged. Muzzle flash is still present for users who look at the player firing the M1919A6.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Select the "Flashless Proppellant" in the tree for the M1919A6. You will need a second person to view the user of the M1919A6 with the specialization equipped. You can only see this bug with a second person. Have the person using the M1919A6 fire the gun, the second person observing will be able to see that it still has a muzzle flash - the default muzzle flash, if you weren't to pick this specialization. If unsure, compare it to any other MMG with the same specialization. You'll notice that there will be puffs of smoke, instead of the default flames and illuminating light.
What happens when the bug occurs? So once you select this specialization it seems to work, in first person it looks like you have no muzzle flash. Giving you the impression it's working. But for people looking at you, it looks as if you don't have the specialization equipped - the muzzle flash will be present and unchanged.
What should be happening instead? It shouldn't have the default muzzle flash when this specialization is equiped. It should work like the other MMGs when they have the same specialization equiped.
To confirm that this was an issue, I had a friend help me test this out. I've also observed this on other players using the M1919A6 with the specialization as well.
It would be nice to get this addressed, it makes it quite hard to use this gun in a supportive role because you are so obvious to the enemy once you start firing.
I really tried to cover everything and explain it as best I could. But if you have any questions I'll try to elaborate more if need be.
This is a Reddit post I made related to the issue. You can see that the muzzle flash is unchanged and still spitting fire and generating light. It's an awful video, but when I start shooting more vertically towards the end of the gif you can see the muzzle flash more clearly.
