They do not give "company coins" for increasing the rank.
Hello, the main problem is that I don't get company coins for raising my rank, which makes it practically impossible to upgrade my weapons. Has anyone encountered this problem?

This is a very old issue which hasn't been fixed unfortunately. If the community fixes in section 2 of the FAQ below don't help, you'll need to open a case at help.ea.com.

Thank you for your reply! I have already written to tech support, and they said that they have sent my request further. But really, just today I got 21 ranks and got 1000 coins. In general, of course, it's a pity that I didn't get them earlier, but now the game will be playable for me! However, it's strange that the developers still haven't fixed it.
To be honest, I don't think that this will ever be fixed now that BFV isn't developed any longer. Of course, it would have been wonderful if it had been fixed years ago, as it'd be a nicer user experience.
However, I'm glad that you are now earning them. Based on this, I assume that you have the Definitive Edition of the, and if that's correct then you should receive the CC as expected when you rank up now (the problem seems to go away after rank 21).
By the way, can you tell me why I reset the settings every time and turn on the prologue when logging into the game? I've been changing the file, but the "game settings" keep coming off.
