What I find Totally disgusting is EA continues to sell trials and it does not even show up in there latest known issues. Why is this, because they can ignore the problem and waste our valuable time trying to fix it. They tell us to check routers and parental controls and waste our time. They know it doesn't work!!!!!!! It stopped working the last update. Yet they promise and promise and continue to anger paying customers with their misleading BS
We're the fix or at least the update on the situation you promised. Can you please explained the following to the board.
1. Why does EA continue to sell trials when you know it does not work?
2. Why is this problem not in your known issues latest list?
