I paid for the game and yet I am also having this issue.... please help

@shaunchewy sorry to hear that. Another customer who paid for nothing, even tho EA knew about this problem for the last 3 weeks. Yet they continue to advertise and allow people to pay for nothing.....

    My DX12 is always off and i still cannot play. Was able to play before the stupid update.... why EA... why!!!
